The company is implementing an employee skills development project.

The aim of the project is to improve employees’ skills in the field of information technology.

The project activities are focused on developing the necessary competencies of UAB BS Chemical employees, enabling them to adapt to technological changes in the economy and industrial transformation. In addressing challenges and issues arising in the areas of innovation (smart specialisation) and during the process of identifying business opportunities related to industry restructuring, particular attention is given to the development and enhancement of digital skills.
