Introduction of a new udder hygiene product for use before and after milking

Agriculture is one of the oldest sectors in Lithuania. However, in recent years the number of dairy cows has significantly declined. There are many reasons for this. One of the most common mistakes made by farmers is believing that teat disinfection after milking alone is sufficient. It is essential to understand that both pre-milking teat disinfection and post-milking udder hygiene are necessary. For this reason, we developed three new products.

FARM LAFOAM

Foaming pre-milking teat cleaner.

A ready-to-use foaming solution containing lactic acid, designed for use before milking. The cow’s teats are covered with active foam that effectively removes mastitis-causing pathogens. Contains skin-conditioning agents. The product must be used with a foaming dip cup.

FARM LAFOAM CONC

Concentrate for preparing a foaming teat dip for pre-milking use.

FARM LACTIC

Post-milking disinfectant for udder hygiene.

A ready-to-use thickened solution containing iodine, lactic acid and glycolic acid. Promotes faster closure of the teat canal after milking. Moisturises and protects teat skin.

Publication in VETinfo magazine

The magazine is widely read by veterinarians, livestock specialists and farmers. African swine fever, which has caused significant economic damage in Lithuania, continues to pose a threat. Our disinfectant designed to eliminate viruses and bacteria is used to disinfect animal housing and transport areas, as well as food and feed storage facilities.

Teat disinfection is one of the most important stages of the milking process. It reduces the spread of pathogens and the risk of mastitis while ensuring milk quality. We offer post-milking udder hygiene solutions — disinfecting treatments containing lactic and glycolic acids together with iodine.

Successful audit with Norwegian company Slakteriet AS

On 22 November 2017, we were audited by the Norwegian company Slakteriet AS. The company specialises in preparing fresh, raw, cooked and frozen fish and seafood for restaurants and food manufacturers across Norway. We supply cleaning solutions to both of their production facilities.

The audit was conducted in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 quality standards as well as the BRC food safety standard. Auditors aimed to ensure that cleaning products used in Norwegian facilities are safe for employee health, environmentally responsible and approved for use within the fisheries industry.

Summary: auditors were satisfied with our warm and professional reception. Production processes are well controlled and all required documentation is completed at every stage. We are pleased to meet our clients’ expectations.

Aqua Nor, Norway

For the first time, our company participated in the Aqua Nor exhibition in Trondheim, Norway, and we are pleased to share several photos. Since 1979, Aqua Nor has been an important international meeting place for the aquaculture industry. Over the years, the sector has experienced significant growth, and today the exhibition is the largest showcase of aquaculture technologies. In recent years, Aqua Nor has welcomed around 20,000 visitors from 76 countries, presenting the latest technologies and modern processes related to salmon, marine fish, mollusc and other aquaculture production.

ISSA INTERCLEAN exhibition in Warsaw has concluded

The ISSA / INTERCLEAN exhibition held in Warsaw on 22–24 April was dedicated to cleaning professionals. This international event serves as a key business platform for specialists within the cleaning industry.

We believe the exhibition was highly successful for us. Many entrepreneurs from the food industry and HoReCa sector showed interest in our products. We provided numerous consultations, answered questions, and demonstrated how to use our cleaning solutions under specific operational conditions.

We will strengthen our company’s image of quality, reliability, service, competitiveness and new product development by participating in international exhibitions.

As we all know, exhibitions are typically attended by targeted visitors — potential clients — making this promotional channel particularly effective.

Our goal is to attract more visitors during exhibitions. We will present new products, discuss their advantages and limitations, and meet key competitors to evaluate their market position, achievements and overall market trends.
